1. Information We Process

• Account information: email, user ID, nickname, registration date
• Optional contact information: a phone number provided by the member. It is not shown publicly and may be used for account management and future identity/security features.
• Profile information: profile image, bio/external links, member role, level, and XP
• Activity information: posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, reports, messages, and chat records
• Optional information: gender selected by the member. It may be used for aggregate game preference statistics and is not shown publicly.
• Game recommendation usage: displayed match results, Roblox play-link clicks, party size, genre, and recommendation settings
• Service usage: access time, anonymous visitor ID, usage records, error logs, and security logs

2. Purposes

• Member identification and login session management
• Account management and future identity/security features using an optional phone number
• Providing posts, comments, profiles, messages, chat, and other service features
• Handling reports, preventing abuse, and maintaining security and service stability
• Visitor analytics and service improvement
• Creating aggregate statistics on game preferences and recommendation quality. An individual member’s gender is not shown to other members.

3. Retention & Deletion

Member information is retained as needed to provide the service. After account deletion or a valid deletion request, information is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law. Certain records may be kept as needed for reports, disputes, or security.

4. External Services

ROBLPANG may use external infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, security, databases, and authentication. Their data processing may be governed by their own policies and agreements.

5. Public Profiles & External Links

Nicknames, profile images, creator/developer labels, levels/tiers, and external links such as Instagram, Discord, and Roblox may appear on public profiles when provided by the member. Do not add information you do not want public.

6. Cookies, Local Storage & Visitor Analytics

Browser cookies or local storage may be used for login sessions, drafts, interface preferences, and anonymous visitor counting. You can clear stored data in your browser, but some features may no longer work correctly.

7. Your Rights

Members can edit certain account information from My Page and can use the available edit/delete tools for public posts. Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact information below.

9. Safeguards

ROBLPANG works to apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, separation of privileges, and restricted admin functions.
