1. Information We Process

• Account information: email, user ID, nickname, registration date
• Required date of birth: collected for new email registrations or when an existing member first uses Pang Bucks rewards for age verification, and not shown on the public profile
• Optional contact information: a phone number provided by the member. It is not shown publicly and may be used for account management and future identity/security features.
• Profile information: profile image, bio/external links, member role, level, and XP
• Activity information: posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, reports, messages, and chat records
• Optional information: gender selected by the member. It may be used for aggregate game preference statistics and is not shown publicly.
• Game recommendation usage: displayed match results, Roblox play-link clicks, party size, genre, and recommendation settings
• Service usage: access time, anonymous visitor ID, usage records, error logs, and security logs
• Pang Bucks reward participation data: reward provider, campaign identifier/name, participation session identifier, conversion/approval/credit status, expected/credited points, and processing timestamps
• External reward privacy-consent data: provider, consent version, consent status, and consent/withdrawal timestamps

2. Purposes

• Member identification and login session management
• Age verification for new email registrations and age-based eligibility checks for Pang Bucks rewards
• Account management and future identity/security features using an optional phone number
• Providing posts, comments, profiles, messages, chat, and other service features
• Handling reports, preventing abuse, and maintaining security and service stability
• Visitor analytics and service improvement
• Connect and attribute external reward participation, verify completion/approval, credit and settle Pang Bucks, prevent duplicate or invalid participation, and handle reward support requests
• Creating aggregate statistics on game preferences and recommendation quality. An individual member’s gender is not shown to other members.

3. Retention & Deletion

Member information is retained as needed to provide the service. After account deletion or a valid deletion request, information is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law. Certain records may be kept as needed for reports, disputes, or security. Pang Bucks participation, conversion, credit, and settlement records may be retained as needed until reward crediting, settlement, fraud review, and related disputes are completed, and longer only where applicable law or contractual retention obligations require it.

4. External Services & Infrastructure

ROBLPANG may use external infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, security, databases, and authentication. If you choose social login, authentication services from Kakao, Google, or Naver may also be used. External services may process data only to the extent necessary under applicable agreements, security settings, and their policies. ROBLPANG does not intentionally provide information that is unnecessary for the service.

4-1. Information Received Through Social Login

When Kakao, Google, or Naver login is used, ROBLPANG receives information only within the scope approved by the user with that provider.

• Common: provider-specific unique identifier, basic profile information when available, and authentication information needed for login
• Email when provided: account identification, login, and account management
• Kakao birthday and birth year when approved and provided: age verification and service eligibility checks
• Naver nickname, profile image, birth information, or gender when approved and provided: signup convenience and relevant service features

Information received from a social provider is used only for signup/login, user identification, age verification, and account management. Information not provided by the social provider is not collected through the social login flow. Retention and deletion follow the member-information rules in this policy.

4-2. Information Shared for External Rewards

External Pang Bucks rewards are optional. Before ROBLPANG transfers a member identifier or access information to an external reward provider, a separate screen explains the recipient, purpose, information items, retention period, and effect of refusal and asks for consent. Refusing consent does not prevent use of normal community features such as boards, profiles, or chat.

• ADFORUS Co., Ltd. (GREENP): ROBLPANG may provide the member identifier (UUID), IP address, browser/device information (User-Agent), campaign identifier, participation/session identifier, and reward-processing status to connect reward participation, verify completion and approval, credit and settle Pang Bucks, prevent duplicate or invalid participation, and handle reward support. Retention is based on the period needed to complete crediting, settlement, fraud review, and related disputes, with longer retention only where required by law or contract.
• Extra Missions (aden-labs.app): ROBLPANG may provide the member identifier (UUID) and service identifier to connect Extra Missions and attribute reward participation to the ROBLPANG account. Information separately collected after entering the external site is subject to that service’s own privacy policy and terms.

You may refuse or later withdraw consent. After withdrawal, the relevant external reward provider cannot be opened until you consent again. Reward or settlement records lawfully processed before withdrawal may still be retained where needed to complete crediting, settlement, fraud review, or dispute handling. Consent can be managed from the “Manage privacy consent” control on the Pang Bucks page.

5. Public Profiles & External Links

Nicknames, profile images, creator/developer labels, levels/tiers, and external links such as Instagram, Discord, and Roblox may appear on public profiles when provided by the member. Do not add information you do not want public.

6. Cookies, Local Storage & Visitor Analytics

Browser cookies or local storage may be used for login sessions, drafts, interface preferences, and anonymous visitor counting. You can clear stored data in your browser, but some features may no longer work correctly.

7. Your Rights

Members can edit certain account information from My Page and can use the available edit/delete tools for public posts. Consent for external reward data sharing can be withdrawn from the “Manage privacy consent” control on the Pang Bucks page. Other requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information can be submitted through the contact information below.

9. Safeguards

ROBLPANG works to apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, separation of privileges, and restricted admin functions.

10. Changes to This Policy

If material changes are made to the categories of personal information processed, external data-sharing structure, or applicable legal requirements, ROBLPANG will provide notice through the service or notices before the revised policy takes effect.
