Terms

Please review these terms before using ROBLPANG.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the basic rights, obligations, and conditions between ROBLPANG and members in connection with the Roblox community service provided by ROBLPANG.

Article 2 (Accounts)

  • Members may create an account through the registration process provided by the service.
  • Members must use accurate information and may not impersonate others or misuse another person’s account.
  • Public profile information such as nicknames, profile images, and external links may be visible to other users.
  • Members are responsible for account security and password management and may not transfer or lend accounts.
  • Accounts that repeatedly violate rules or seriously harm service safety may be restricted.

Article 3 (Service Use)

ROBLPANG may provide members with the following features:

  • Community boards, game boards, guides, Q&A, game recommendations, UGC, and events
  • Creator-only boards and developer forum
  • Promotion, jobs/commissions, and in-game item boards
  • Posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and reports
  • Profiles, profile images, external links, levels, and tiers
  • Private messages and direct chat

Some features may require login or a specific member role and may be changed or temporarily suspended for operational, security, or technical reasons.

Article 4 (Member Duties & Prohibited Conduct)

Members may not engage in the following conduct:

  • Infringing another person’s copyright, image rights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights
  • Posting illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, discriminatory, self-harm-promoting, or otherwise harmful content
  • Abuse, harassment, repeated spam, impersonation, or spreading false information
  • Phishing, malicious links, account theft, fraud, or extortion
  • Abusive automation, attacks, vulnerability exploitation, or other interference with service operation
  • Falsely impersonating admin, developer, or creator status

Article 5 (Content, Reports & Moderation)

  • As a general rule, rights in user-created posts and comments remain with the author.
  • Members allow ROBLPANG to display and process their content as reasonably necessary to operate, display, search, and back up the service.
  • Users may report inappropriate posts or comments, and moderators may review the report and context to decide on hiding, removal, or enforcement.
  • Clearly illegal content, fraudulent posts, privacy leaks, or other urgent risks may be restricted without prior notice.
  • Authors may edit or delete their posts, but information required by law or reasonably needed for dispute handling may be retained.

Article 6 (Item Trading, Jobs & Commissions)

  • ROBLPANG provides community boards and is not a party to individual trades, employment, or service contracts between members.
  • In-game item boards are for information exchange permitted by the relevant game. Cash trading, account sales/rentals, and sharing passwords or authentication information are prohibited.
  • The parties are responsible for confirming compensation, schedules, deliverables, copyright, cancellation terms, and other conditions for jobs or commissions.
  • If a minor is involved, the parties must determine whether applicable laws or guardian consent requirements apply.
  • Suspected scam posts may be reported immediately, and moderators may restrict content or accounts after review.

Article 7 (Creator & Developer Roles)

  • Creator and developer badges are service labels granted after moderator review.
  • Creator-only boards may be writable only by eligible members and moderators, and visibility may vary under service rules.
  • Role badges do not represent official certification or endorsement by Roblox Corporation.
  • Badges may be revoked for false information, impersonation, malicious promotion, or other rule violations.

Article 8 (Advertising & External Services)

The service may display advertising or links to external services to support operating costs. Products, privacy practices, and transaction terms on external services are governed by their own policies, and ROBLPANG does not guarantee external content.

Article 10 (Responsibility & Disclaimer)

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and legality of the information they submit.
  • Guides, prices, and other community information may differ from the current game due to updates or policy changes.
  • ROBLPANG may limit responsibility for outages caused by events outside reasonable control, such as disasters, network failures, or third-party service failures.
  • Disputes between members should generally be resolved by the parties, while moderators may review relevant content/logs and take service-level action when necessary.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

ROBLPANG may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or policy changes. Material changes will be announced through notices or the service.

Article 12 (Governing Law & Disputes)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion; unresolved disputes follow applicable legal procedures.
